Geospatial Intelligence and Data Centers

Data Center construction and operations have become a major issue in US news lately, with many communities waking up the the realization that they have either, been lied to, or in the least, told half-truths about the dangers of toxic air they release. While many focus on excessive water consumption, this interactive map details the potential dangers of living "downwind" of your local Data Center.
Communities like Sterling, Virginia know all too well about how Data Center exhaust can cause extreme health issues in neighborhoods surrounding them. And its not just the Data Centers themselves that are to blame, but most often city governments who fail to take the health, safety, and welfare of their local citizens as paramount, and those beholden to major landholders in desperate communities.
As a private pilot and airplane owner, I am concerned about a proposed Data Center to be built within a half mile from my local airport (KBIJ). My concern is that no matter where they put it, it will be placed in a known and unavoidable air corridor; the midfield and 45-degree entry points to the airport. In no way does the Aeronautical Handbook allow any GA pilot to fly through an exhaust plume, and yet, the location of this Data Center will subject every GA pilot flying from all over the country and world into my local airport to have to potentially fly through an unknown and often invisible plume during regular operations or testing. My particular issue does not relate to the issues brought forth in this map, but it is just one of many concerns that subject the general public and the local community to avoidable hazards, but are being ignored.
